By using PrivatePicShare you agree to these terms. The short version: only share content you own or have permission to share, and respect other people.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use PrivatePicShare. We may suspend accounts at our discretion for policy violations.
Your content
You retain ownership of anything you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver it (e.g. generating blurred previews) solely to operate the service.
Prohibited content
No content involving minors, non-consensual material, sexually explicit material, identifiable third parties without consent, illegal content, threats, or harassment. See our Acceptable Use and Content Safety pages.
Membership
PrivatePicShare is a single $14.95/month membership that covers both keeping your own vault and unlocking invites sent to you. Cancel anytime from Account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can terminate your account anytime.
