By using PrivatePicShare you agree to these terms. The short version: be 18+, only share content you own or have permission to share, and respect other people.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use PrivatePicShare. We may suspend accounts at our discretion for policy violations.
Your content
You retain ownership of anything you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver it (e.g. generating blurred previews) solely to operate the service.
Prohibited content
No content involving minors, non-consensual material, identifiable third parties without consent, illegal content, threats, or harassment. See our Consent Policy and Content Safety pages.
Subscriptions
Viewer access is $10/month. Cancel anytime from Account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can terminate your account anytime.
